St Pancras Way is situated on the border of two of the most lively, well-connected and interesting locations in London; Camden and Kings Cross.

Camden is a diverse and eclectic borough known for its famous markets and for the unique atmosphere of the many bars, clubs and canal side pubs which make up a vibrant night life.

Just beyond Camden are London Zoo, Regents Park and Primrose Hill providing the area with vast open green spaces.

St Pancras Way is situated next to the canal on a quiet street a few minutes walking distance to both the market and Kings Cross. On the St Pancras to Camden stretch of the canal sits Camley Street Natural Park, a nature reserve kept by the London Wildlife Trust.

Kings Cross, the area to the south of St Pancras is one of the best connected areas of London. Since St Pancras International was built and expanded from the existing Kings Cross station in 2007, the two combined terminus have given Kings Cross the best transport connections in London. The two stations provide high speed transport links to the rest of the UK, access to 6 London Underground Lines, an extensive bus network and is the new home of the Eurostar, linking London to Paris and Brussels.

Kings Cross is also the home of the British Library and several other well known cultural institutions. Situated next to Bloomsbury, housing London’s key educational establishments and some of London’s finest garden squares, Kings Cross is one of the biggest hubs of creative activity in London.
